Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on AllFanism infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@allfanism.com including: (1) your contact information, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) identification of the infringing content and its URL, (4) a statement of good faith belief, (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and (6) your signature.
Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 24 hours and notify the user who posted it.
Counter-Notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact. We will restore the content within 10 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
